At Purly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 90-Day Return & Exchange Policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Window & Eligibility
- Return Window: You have 90 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Item Condition: We accept returns for items that are New or Slightly Used (if you tried the product and were not satisfied).
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
3. Return Shipping Costs (Free Returns)
To ensure a hassle-free experience, Purly covers the cost of return shipping.
- Defective/Damaged Items: Free Return.
- Change of Mind/Customer Remorse: Free Return.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Since we offer free returns, please follow this process to receive your prepaid shipping label:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at info@purly.com with your Order # and reason for return.
- Receive Label: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. (Please note: While we strive to include labels in packages where possible, if one is not found, we will email a printable version immediately).
- Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely and attach the provided label. Drop it off at the carrier location specified on the label.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5 business days for us to process the return after receipt, and an additional 5 business days for your bank to post the funds.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges! If you ordered the wrong item or wish to swap it for a different product:
- Contact info@purly.com to request an exchange.
- Return the original item using our free prepaid label.
- Once the return tracking is active, we will dispatch your replacement item at no additional cost.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. You will not be charged for any shipping or replacement costs.
